My professional experience includes being a multi-instrumentalist in touring bands internationally, owning and operating multiple recording studios; recording & producing/performing on over 400 albums world-wide; record label owner (AMG-Alpha Music Group); 3+ decades serving local churches as a WorshipPastor-Leader; traveling and performing internationally, and building many strong and productive teams in all these formats. My passion is to facilitate excellence in all areas of music, live and studio production, multimedia, songwriting, live performance, and overall creative arts team building.

Recording 40 years in studios with over 400 album credits including producer, studio engineer, musician, arranger and mixing/mastering engineer. I’ve worked in many recording facilities in the US and the UK, and am fluent in most DAW digital recording formats and old school analog. I have been privileged to have worked with Kenny Rogers, Larry Norman, guitarist Caleb Quaye (Elton John/Hall & Oates), woodwind/Persian instrumentalist Pedro Eustache (Yanni/Shakira/Disney), Eric Lilivois ((producer/engineer London Bridge Studios Seattle), Jeff Bowders (Paul Gilbert Band/G3 Tour/Drummer), Ryan Hoyle (Drummer: Collective Soul/Paul Rogers-Bad Company), composed/sound designed soundtracks for the movie Terrible Angels (2012 IMDb), wrote produced and performed several TV commercials for Izzy NW (Northwest food chain), produced and recorded a CD forThe Luis Palau Praise Band. Audio and video production for numerous other jingles, commercials and short films.
Church Ministry Over 30 years in volunteer, part-time and full time staff ministry specializing in worship and creative arts. Licensed Foursquare Pastor. Served as Worship Pastor, Media Pastor, Creative Arts Pastor, Musical Director, and Youth Ministry Leader in NW churches and ministry organizations. Bassist and one of the musical directors for festival events with The Luis Palau Praise Band. Steering committees for NW Promise Keeper regional events. I've written a book called “Pastor Of Worship - A Handbook.” Had one of my early excerpts published in Christian Musician Magazine, 2014. The full manuscript is soon to be published.
Musician/FOH/Video Production Extensive experience in both live and studio environments on the guitar, bass, keys, percussion, drums, vocals, vocal arranging, song-writing. As a FOH engineer, I'm fluent on most digital FOH consoles. Video production and editing experience in FinalCut X & DaVinci Resolve.
Team Building I enjoy looking at a creative team, observing how they interact with each other and with the art they are trying to create, and helping them develop their strengths and their voice, while identifying and developing areas needing growth that can improve their craft. Then taking that strategy to grow and enhance the team even more through developing leaders within the team. This has been a strategy in my studio production, touring bands, and in music ministry within the church. I care about people. I want to see people achieve and experience their very best as artists, technicians and as creatives. And then help them share that creativity. I can often see that potential from the outside, and help them reach their goals in practical ways
